MSC is a world leader in global container shipping. MSC acquired a 3 storey office building in Apapa and it was to be converted into a befitting corporate head office for them.
BDEK Contractors Ltd were the main contractors on this project and they engaged the services of Officefitout to provide construction management services for the duration of the project.
Description
The retrofit involved a lot of demolition works, tiling, LAN network, CCTV, Electrical works, HVAC system, glass partitions, installation of toilet cubicles, Plumbing works, painting, exterior cladding with aluminium composite panels as well as the supply and installation of office furniture.
