Crown Healthcare Nigeria is the premier solutions provider for Medical Equipment and Supplies in Nigeria and the West African region. Upon their decision to enter the Nigerian market, Crown Healthcare leased an old warehouse at 8A Kudirat Abiola Way, Oregun, Lagos with the intention of converting it into their corporate head office as well as logistics base. Officefitout was engaged to provide design services and was also tasked with the responsibility of bringing the design to reality.
Description
Officefitout was given a turnkey contract which included the construction of a steel frame and corrugated plate mezzanine floor to carve out the showroom, casting of a mass concrete floor for the entire space, division of the entire space into two with a concrete framed block wall to separate the warehouse space from the office area, installation of wind turbines in the warehouse area, electrical works, HVAC works, Access Control system, LAN cabling and wireless network solutions, Ceiling Installation, Fire prevention and control system, CCTV system, Plumbing works, Painting, Glass Partitions, Glass curtain wall façade and Aluminium Composite Panel cladding on the façade.
